Since the work of building the monastery was done to build the minds of the devotees, it was not difficult: Former MLA S.K. Basavarajan.
Chitradurga Feb. 28 Building monasteries is easy but building the minds of people is a difficult task, but since Shivalingananda Sri worked to build the minds of the devotees here, he
did not find it difficult to build the monastery, said former MLA S.K. Basavarajan.

Speaking after participating in the Kaudi Puja ceremony held yesterday evening on the final day of the 95th Maha Shivaratri Mahotsav being held by the Sri Kabirananda Ashram in Kabirananda Nagar, he said
that Shivaratri in Chitradurga is like Kabirananda Ashram and Navratri is like Muruga Math. These two Maths are also
serving the nectar of knowledge to the devotees by doing good work.
After becoming the head of this Math, Shri has given a new look. Shri is doing work to provide knowledge to the people through the Shivaratri program
and is also encouraging artists, he said.
When Shri came to this Ashram as the head of this Ashram, there was nothing in this Ashram, it was a shady area, now
it has been made a good area, the efforts of the Gurus are immense. Building a monastery is not a difficult
task, but building the minds of people is a difficult task. But Shivalingananda Sri
built the minds of the devotees here before building the monastery, so building a monastery
was not that difficult for him. The Sri has a good mind, good feelings,
he blesses any devotee who comes to him with a good mind. He is a mother's heart. He
is a role model for other Sris, he said that other Sris should follow him.
Sri Shambhunath Sri of Adichunchanagiri Shakha Mutt, Hassan, who graced the program, said that
the Siddharudha Sampradaya Mutts are giving a good message to the people by celebrating Shivaratri
. By performing Kaudi Puja in Koone, they give a good message to the society. It gives the message
that no matter how beautiful a human life is, one day it will become like a rag and
only monks can fix it. Sanyasis are respected in Indian culture. The Mutts here
are also doing good social service. Education, food and religion are giving away slavery.
People still remember Ramakrishna Parahamsa and Swami Vivekananda as good monks.
He said that other monks should become like them.
Speaking on the occasion, Shivalingananda Sri, who presided over the program, said that those who became monks are ideal
people for the world, they dedicate their lives for the progress of society.
The only way to see God is through the Guru, without the Guru it becomes difficult to see God. He said that only by becoming a slave of the Guru can one attain liberation
.
