ನವೀನ್ ಪಿ ಆಚಾರ್, ಸಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ಮೆದೇಹಳ್ಳಿ.ಇವರಿಂದ,ನರಸಿಂಹಯ್ಯನವರ ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನದ, ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಲೇಖನ.   ಈ ವಾಕ್ಯವನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲೋ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದೇವೆ, ಅಂತ ಅನ್ನಿಸಿದರೆ ಅದರ ಕರ್ತೃ ಡಾ.ಎಚ್.ನರಸಿಂಹಯ್ಯ,  ಇವರು  ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಚಿಂತಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾಡಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಕಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಅಮೇರಿಕಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಾಕ್ಟರೇಟ್‌ ಪಡೆದ ನಂತರವೂ ಹಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್‌ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅವರು , ಎಚ್.ಎನ್‌ ಮೇಷ್ಟ್ರು! ಎಂದೇ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತಿ ಪಡೆದವರು. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಧುಮುಕಿ ಜೈಲುವಾಸವನ್ನೂ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದವರು. ಮಹಾತ್ಮ ಗಾಂಧಿಜಿಯವರು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಬಂದಾಗ ಅವರ ಭಾಷಣವನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡಕ್ಕೆ ತರ್ಜುಮೆ ಮಾಡಿದವರು. ನಾಡಿನ ತುಂಬೆಲ್ಲ ಮೂಢನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾ ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕ ಚಳುವಳಿಗೆ ನಾಂದಿ ಹಾಡಿದ ಮಹಾಪುರುಷನಿಗೆ ಇಂದು ಜನ್ಮ ದಿನದ ಸಂಭ್ರಮ. ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಚೇರಿ , ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಸಮನ್ವಯಾಧಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕಚೇರಿ , ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ , ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘ , ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘ , ಚಿತ್ರದುರ್ಗ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಘಟಕ , ಉನ್ನತೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಾಲೆ , ಮೆದೇಹಳ್ಳಿ   ಇವರ ಸಂಯುಕ್ತಾಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ವಿಶೇಷ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಆಂದೋಲನವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಡಯಟ್‌ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎಸ್.ಕೆ.ಬಿ.ಪ್ರಸಾದ್‌ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ  ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಬಲವರ್ಧನೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಶ್ರಮಪಡಬೇಕು ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನೌಕರರ ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಸಂಘಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆಯವರು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ವಿಶೇಷ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಅಂದೋಲನವು ತುಂಬಾ ಅನುಕೂಲಕಾರಿ ಎಂದರು. ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತರಾಗಬಾರದು , ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮುಕ್ತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ದೊರೆಯಬೇಕು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪೋಷಕರು ಕೋವಿಡ್‌ ಹೊಡೆತದಿಂದ ಹಿಂಜರಿತ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಇಂತಹವರು ಖಾಸಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳ ಶುಲ್ಕ ತುಂಬಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಆಫ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ದೂರದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ರೇಡಿಯೊ ಪಾಠಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸ...
